Shipping & Delivery

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. In most cases production will take 2-4 business days prior to shipping.

Most of our clients are ordering for immediate gift giving, therefore we are unable to offer expedited production. We work in order of first in / first out so each of our buyers can be assured of a timely turn around.  

Oregon Tee Company ships via USPS exclusively. We are located in greater metropolitan Portland, Oregon. Oregon Tee Company is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail. Please contact us if you would like to upgrade to insurance for your purchase. USPS upgrades to Priority Mail and Express Mail are available during checkout, but will not impact production times.

If you would like an e-card for the recipient until their item arrives please contact us.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  Oregon Tee Company is not responsible for delays due to carriers or customs.

Returns & Exchanges

We regret we are only able to accept cancellations or changes if no work has begun on your order including graphic design.

Please review instructions carefully prior to ordering. Our photos reflect examples & inspiration only. Your items will be made to order based on the specifications you provide during checkout. We carry no standing inventory and produce our products only when ordered so there is no proof process. As a result, production will generally begin without additional conversations or emails. Keep in mind, custom crafted items are seldom perfect or evenly spaced and font/graphics sizes will vary based on character counts and design requests. These characteristics are part of the charm and should not be considered defects.

As each item is uniquely made just for you, refunds and exchanges are not available unless an error was made by Oregon Tee Company.
